Payments / Policies

TDS bills around the 15th of each month and is due by the 10th of the following month.  Failure to receive a bill does not relieve customer of charges or give the right not to pay for services.  If payment is not received and posted by the 10th monthly, there will be a $5.00 late fee.

When your account becomes three (3) months or ninety (90) days delinquent it will be SUSPENDED.  Once your account is suspended, it will cost $54.00 to reactivate the account plus the full amount owed on the account. Customer will still be responsible for past, current, and/or future charges.

TDS containers are the property of TDS.  They are supplied as a courtesy to the customer.  If your account is suspended or service is stopped for any reason, the customer needs to roll the cart to the curb or where normal pick up is made so the container may be picked up by TDS employees.  If the container is lost, stolen, or damaged, the customer may be responsible for the cost of the repair or replacement of the container. 

All garbage must be bagged and placed in the 96 gallon container.  If there are any additional bags, the charge is $3.00 per bag, and it will be added to the next billing cycle.  TDS will only pick-up household garbage.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS:  Credit/Debit Card payments are charged between $0.50 and $1.00 transaction fee.  This is not a charge from TDS Disposal.  This fee is paid directly to the processing company.

BANK DRAFT & E-CHECK CUSTOMERS:  This is a free service.  No extra fees are charged.
