TDS Disposal bills around the 15th of each month and payment is due by the 10th of the following month. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the customer of charges or give the right not to pay for services. If payment is not received and posted by the 10th monthly, there will be a $5.00 late fee.
When your account becomes three (3) months or ninety (90) days delinquent it will be suspended. Once your account is suspended, it will cost a minimum of $75.00 to reactivate the account, plus the full amount owed. Customer will still be responsible for past, current, and/or future charges.
TDS Disposal containers are the property of our company and they are supplied as a courtesy to the customer. If your account is suspended or service is stopped for any reason, you will need to roll the cart to the curb or where normal pick up is made so the container may be picked up by TDS employees. If the container is lost, stolen, or damaged, you may be responsible for the cost of the repair or replacement of the container.
All garbage must be bagged and placed in the 96 gallon container. If there are any additional bags, the charge is $3.00 per bag, and it will be added to the next billing cycle. TDS will only pick-up household garbage.
